Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule one-to-one or small group sessions please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Group sessions are at set times for the group and if an individual fails to attend a session, the session can not be arranged for the individual. We encourage the individual to catch-up with the group in the next session.
